Really nice SSH client that has good color options. I like how profiles are easy to manage and especially like making keypairs and authorizing them on the remote server in a couple clicks. A few annoyances... at least by default you can't copy/paste to the iMac clipboard. I have no idea who the Pro plan is for, but if you're looking for SFTP file transfer, FileZilla is less than 10% the price.

This I a great app, I have been using it on my iPhone for years. The subscriptions are a bit steep for a little home lab, wish there was a step between free and pro, maybe a $10-20/year price range. It’s nice that the pro version syncs your vault and hosts. I recently tried sftp on my Mac, but had to switch from the App Store version to the .dmg, as the App Store version is sandboxed and can’t access local files. I continue to use and enjoy the app!

Great application, easy window management, and it just works.

I love this SSH client I use it at work and at home for pretty much all of my SSH needs and it works flawlessly every time!

I really like the app. it is so clean and multifeatured. But I can't justify the cost for my home lab use.

I absolutely love this app on my iPad and I would love to use the same app on my Mac. Sadly when you download it you can’t use the app without setting up a “vault”. Which essentially uploads whatever it feels like to your “secure cloud”. Why can’t I just use it without an account? I don’t want my ssh info uploaded to anyone. I understand they need to make money somehow but I would rather pay for the app directly to support the devs instead of having my data be the price of entry. More than happy to update my review should they decide to change this awful tactic because I really do love the app.

Cascadia Code is a nice font but only at lower font weights due to how heavy its "regular" weight is. Usually I switch it to Semi-Light wherever I use it. Unfortunately, while offering the font, Termius offers NO weight options at all. We're just stuck with whatever emptyheaded default got chosen despite a font (CC in this case) not only having 8 weights, but also being available as a variable font which would allow users to choose whatever fit their need. Screens don't all behave the same and Antialiasing isn't the same either. Despite the insanely high subscription price, Termius does not actually provide equivalent value. Themes are inflexible lacking no user customization AT ALL. Fonts are the same. What's even worse is, even with a subscription, they're still advertising that I need to upgrade to their teams plan. No thanks, kindly stop. Your product isn't even feature complete. Just look at the premium feature "SFTP." Dozens of free options exist that handle file transfer infinitely better than Termius' abortion of a "feature." You can't even set starting directories. That shouldn't even be considered a bonus feature. That should be part of the foundation of the overall feature known as SFTP. On Windows, hidden files are always shown. The Show/Hide hidden files command does LITERALLY nothing. Super unhelpful. I could go on, but time and all that.

Have been a long user of a lot of other solutions, but this one is what I was looking for. I have 4 computers between work, home, laptop, etc, and I have termius installed on all of them. Easily works between all machines.

Not a fan of the new vault layout. I always liked having the left sidebar open when connected to a device in order to switch or connect to different devices quicker. The new tabs across the top adds extra clicks and far mouse movement.

The update for desktop adding horizontal tabs is fantastic. However, I doubt I will continue using this after I am no longer eligible for free Pro features (as a student), as $120/year is an obscene price for the Pro plan when the only two features I need out of it are SSH certificates (which are a part of OpenSSH for free) and cloud sync (which could be done via iCloud at no extra cost to the end user or developer afaik). I might be willing to pay half of that.

App is good on iPad, but on MacOS it requires a subscription and makes you sign in before using it. Termius--It's just SSH, but we're gonna make you jump through hoops before you can do anything, also give us money. PASS

The the"F" away from this software!!! They are greedy .. all of your data goes in but there is NO export functon, only import and sync across other instances. You are screwed if you just want your host and credentials exported to a file you can save elsewhere. STAY AWAY from scams like this that offer data import but NO DATA EXPORT. You will be manually exporting every host you set up or pay $120mper year for a trivial daya syncing service.

When I shifted to mac from windows, main issue was to have a ssh program where I could handle all my servers at one place and after using Termius, I have never thought of any one ever. No issue ever.

I love this shh app, it allows you save your setting and also port forwarding is very simple. Overall nice app and I am happy

This product is very reliable and convinient for different kind of remote jobs.

I purchased this application a while back but now I have to jump through hoops. I suppose it still works but I'm sure there are different, open source terminal emulators out there. For now.. I'll stick to the built in terminal.

I just wanted to use it for local sftp and somehow it forces me to set up the encrpted vault. Very annoying, cannot bypass.

Why use anything else? Termius is the best.

This tool works really well, but is ruined by requiring an online account even if you don't want to use any of the cloud-sync/online features.

Termius has everything you need.

I don't really understand how anyone can recommend another tool over Termius. It is by far the best terminal client ther is.

But nooooo, they want you to set up a vault. I don't want to use anything cloud related, I just want to use the SFTP client part, but you cannot get past setting up the vault section. Getting tired of installing apps, only to find out the ridiculous requirements to use them. At least this doesn't require Rosetta. Uninstalled.

I love the app for the simplicity of all the commands it can automate. But there cannot be any reason it would need to collect and link to me all that data. It does nothing that the terminal would do, so I am thinking of stopping my subscription.

I use Terminus mostly for school projects and one personal project. The interface is easy to use and makes keeping track of everything very easy. Sycning across devices is great.

It really does save time to be able to have all my SSH connections in one place. As a web developer, I use it quite a bit to manage servers. Easy to use - just wish it wasn't subscription based on the pro version.

As a terminal app Termius is brilliant. It is 5 stars. With the new snippets,autocomplete/history and AI built in to create commands it is amazing. Is it $10/month amazing ($120/yr) for a terminal app? Questionable at best. If I was running Termius corp I'd cut the monthly to $3..99 or $4.99. I'd nearly guarantee they would make far more money as subscribers would be up over 3X and thus net revenue higher. They should google "price elasticity" and read all the reviews here. Great product. I use the free version. Wrong price points. Hopefully they will listen. My advice is free and I've dealt with this in my own hosted/sass platforms I built that had successful exits. Price elasticity for something like this is really important for maximizing revenue.

You shouldn't have to sign into whatever marketing garbage they want to you to sign up for. Putty is much more useful, free, and doesn't ask for your personal information.

Best aspect here is the seamless syncing across devices and one of the most intuitive swipe-to-keyboard translation UI of any ssh/mosh app. However, the price is IMO quite high for a single-seat developer tool. Given the price the support level is not what I would like.

the UI is simple and productive. they keep adding new, useful features and functionality. it works precisely. i mean, what more can i say? if you're looking for the best cross-platform terminal client, you've found it right here. the cloud sync for me is indispensible. i constantly switch between mac and windows, iOS...no sweat! thank you.

I love this app User Interface and User Exprience

Another devloper that thinks they needs you to create an account with your information for a basic program. It's an SSH terminal program. Creating an account should be optional. Not FORCED on to you!

I love the User Interface and the saved connections, and private keys login. I don't believe the subscription fee is warranted though, for an app that doesn't seem like it changes functionality much over time.

This application requires you to register an account and remain signed in at all times. An unfortunate thing for the app, and ciricumstance of Apple not identifying this requirement in the App Store so users like me can avoid them.
